Effectively Marketing a Home:


When you list with us, you get:

  • Cross promoted listings on Weichert.com and other broker websites, plus distribution on NY Times, Wall Street Journal and other real estate oriented sites
  • Listing on Optimum Homes cable channel
  • Place a "For Sale" sign on the property and directionals (when permitted by town)
  • Electronic lockboxes, so the property can be shown at a moments notice with proper security
  • Notify all agents both in-house and company wide of this new listing
  • Hold a Broker's Open House to get agents from other brokers to come see the house
  • Review list price based on agent feedback and market condition
